 Dear Mr. Shankar,

We have such data in a Register maintained month on month in a simple manner along with our regular jobs.  Mr. Muffi is maintaining the Accounts during his free time after managing his business.  So, please do not expect any high profile computerized statements.  I shall take some time to send you the images of register with expense details.

As far as increasing the maintenance charges, it was discussed about 4 months in the forum and decided to increase the charges marginally.  This decision was indicated to all the flat owners by a mail sent by Mr. Balakrishnan on 19th Sep 2016 screen shot given below for reference.  I am also attaching the Minutes of meeting which includes increasing of charges, along with other decision like installation of CCTV, rain water harvesting etc.  Hope this would suffice your query.

Hello Selvam Sir,

How is the lift AMC working. This is one of the problem which we are not able to resolve. The painting and inside fixtures inside the lift is horrible.

Further the rain water harvesting expenses was done before according to me. Why are we doing it again?

Also please share the expense register information.

Increase in maintenance expense should also solve existing problems. Currently it is not the case.
