Dear all,

This is an humble request to all to kindly not throw or allow maids to throw the garbage directly from the balconies out of the flats.
We are putting lots of effort to keep the premises clean and wet food waste, vegetable waste, plastic bags lying all over in the backyard makes the job very tough and demotivating.

We have alerted the ground floor people and the staff that any such incident should be immediately brought to the notice of the office. First time found, notice will be sent to the particular flat owner. If repeated, penalty of Rs 1000 will be applied.

Let us join hands to keep it clean. I wish we don't get the situation of applying penalty for such simple things.
