Job Responsibilities:
Assist US customers on Technical Issues.
Responsible for dealing with International Clients on Networking Issues.
Installing and configuring computer hardware, OS, applications/Routers and switches
Monitoring and maintaining routers & switches
Talking to clients over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues
Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software issues.
