The Schedule for the 18th GRADUATION DAY CEREMONY which will be held on 25.06.2016 at 02.30 P.M@ SREC Auditorium is given below,
1. In person , Registration of the Graduands commences at 12.30 Noon and the same will be closed by 1.30P.M on 25.06.2016
2. High tea / Refreshments commences at 12.30P.M and Issue of Gowns commences parallel at 12.30P.M in Food court/Bike parking lobby
3. All the graduands should assemble inside the auditorium on or before 1:45PM exactly.
4. Ceremonial procession will start by 2.15P.M
Kind Note and Instructions to Graduands:
Graduation Day ceremony is the most important event of every graduand and also the institution hosting it with high degree of protocol and decorum involved and to adhere this we have invited highly renowned person Mr.S.NARAYANAN, Whole-time Director at Bimetal Bearings Ltd Coimbatore, India as the chief guest. At most importance should be given to conduct the ceremony in a highly professional manner and we request each individual graduand to cooperate and adhere to the following instructions for the smooth conduction of the ceremony by extending their fullest cooperation as,
1. Usage of cell phone inside auditorium during ceremony is strictly prohibited
2. Only officially nominated photographer is allowed to take photographs during ceremony at the stage. College officials will arrange to issue the copy of photograph to all the graduands
3. Self addressed cover/courier charges for individual Photo print, alumini status and gown rental charges will be collected at the registration desk before the event
4. Only Graduands are allowed inside the auditorium where the graduation ceremony occur
5. Graduands are requested to restrict accompanying parent/guardian not more than two. For such accompanying parent/guardian a separate hall with audio/visual facilities are arranged to view the gracious occasion
6. Transport / Bus arrangements : Boarding Points, CBE Railway station : 11.30AM , Ghandhipuram Near RV Hotel :11.30AM, Thudiyalur: Shuttle service 12.30 Noon to 1.15PM
7. Live video streaming / Special webcast of the occasion through IoT platform are arranged.
8. Parents of Gold medallist for each branch/programme will be allowed inside the auditorium.
9. Graduands are requested to be punctual in attending the function and the registration in person will be strictly closed by1.30P.M on 25.6.2016
10. Complete cooperation from the graduands and parents for the smooth conduction of the graduation day function is requested in all aspects
