Information about new decryption utility for csv and patch of SRDH for CSV loading

Dear All,

As now UIDAI has discontinued sharing data through EID-UID xml and started sharing data using csv format,  all of you were facing issues in handling large csv file decryption using old decryption utility and loading them in to SRDH. Sanchit from Punjab SRDH Team has improved his earlier utility, which is tested successfully at Maharastha and Punjab for csv decryption. This utility is available at below links along with code:

Please use above for decrypting csv files. Remember to run jar using UTF encoding ( java -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 ). This forum is thankful to Sanchit and Punjab SRDH Team for sharing this utility along with code for SRDH states.

 

For handling csv in SRDH, UIDAI will release a patch in couple of weeks . Team is working on it and i will announce exact dates in one or two days.
