XML files to be replaced with CSV for SRDH Maharashtra state

Hello,

We have over 5 crores of records in SRDH for Maharashtra state, but there is a significant difference in photo count (over 1 crore).

As discussed with UIDAI, the XML files would be replaces with CSV files for entire UID data, 

Currently there is no tool available to upload the UID data from CSV files into SRDH.

So we request you to provide any solution for the same.
