Hello. I am asking this for a friend. She has a friend who is a Doctor here in Austin. His home is In Houston, he is here temporarily and is needing a personal chef to do meals.
His wife is afraid his diet has been lacking

Gather and Forge is really good! You can hire them as a private chef to fit your schedule or they do high quality pre-made meals that you can heat up with a rotating menu to choose from each week (order by Monday, delivery Wednesday evening). The menu includes a chicken item, a beef item, a pork item, a seafood item, and a dessert item and you can pick how many you want of each. You can also hire them to come and cook once a week (or more) tailored to your diet/preferences and leave the food in containers with heating instructions. They're very flexible, healthy, and delicious!

I'm going to pass this on to my son.  His culinary training has been interrupted by COVID, but he has been offering meals for 4 people on Thursday nights.  He might be interested in adding something like this.  He used to work at Vespaio.

John Cain, Cains Fine Catering, jo...@cainsfinecatering.com  512-828-9329, lives in the hood and is a very fine chef.  I believe he does the type of cooking you’re asking about.  Especially now, things must be tough.  He catered a small party at my home and it was fantastic.  I recommend him.
