Carsten, you generously offered to help if we had trouble getting
maintenance done on these footpaths. Can you try again to get to the bottom
of this?

I inspected both paths today. Both are in need of sidewalk repairs. The
Russell path has no fence, but the Northwood path does, and it is in need of
repairs too. And we still don't know who is resposible for clearing the
snow in winter.

I also still need help on the other paths. The Fair path is in poor repair,
and the Elder path is impassable. I'm not even sure the Elder path is
supposed to be a public right-of-way. How do we find out?

Thank you for your help.
