Either email addresses are anonymous for this group or you need the view member email addresses permission to view the original message
to SquishIt
In my DEV environment I have enabled the IIS Dynamic Compression option to see if it would compress the combined.js and combined.css files but it doesn't appear to be doing that. Has anyone been successful at doing this? Is there a trick to making it work?

It is IIS *static* compression you want, unless you are serving bundled content through a controller without writing to disk.
