Folks, I was out with the Wednesday night run and survived OK, although I am still suffering some back pain.

So, I think I will try a few miles from Armagh on Sunday. Remember we leave the Shambles at exactly 9.45, everyone welcome.

Joan will plan a route and I will post it here on Saturday.

Condolences to Marty Conlon who's Mother died recently.
