Agent?

Hey, SCC compatriots!

A friend's father is working on an illustrated political satire book, ala the Marlon Bundo spoof book that John Oliver helped create.

He's looking to shop the book to agents/plans and I was wondering if anyone here knows how to find a good agent that is into that kind of work?  Not being familiar with the literary agent world, I thought someone out there in SCCland might be clued in to how to get clued in.  Like, is there a "market" book for agents?  Website?  Just cold-call until you find one that bites?
