The Town of Vienna in partnership with Cedar Park Shopping Center will host an outdoor Noon Year's Eve Celebration and is encouraging local makers and etsy creators to apply and be a part of the event as we ring in 2022. Marketing support from the market organizers, via press release announcement, earned editorial and social media make this a great opportunity for local artists. In order to maintain a safe market, the holiday pop-up market will be outdoors and we will implement the necessary Covid protocols to be compliant with local regulations.

The family-friendly daytime celebration will feature fun activities for all ages. Live music, pop-up artisan market, games, giveaways, crafts, a noon countdown celebration and more!

The pop-up space is located at Park Street & Cedar Lane in the Town of Vienna and will provide the following to the vendors selected:

• Complimentary 10 ft space
• Sanitizing stations/masks
• Easy loading, parking and storage options
• Restrooms
• Power
• Trash
• On-site security
• Pop-Up Market Promotions (press release, social media, day of signage)
• Heated tents

Artists Must Provide:

• Artist must have their own point of sales system, wifi and staff to manage space.
• Pop-ups must provide their own tables and branded signage.
• Businesses will be required to show proof of business insurance and license.

NOTE: Artists will need to sign an insurance waiver and/or provide a certificate of insurance.
