Hitting ImportError: libcublas.so.9.0: when running Step 2 for leaderboard uploading

Hi All,

I'm hitting the following errors when trying to run Step 2 (

cl run :dev-v2.0.json :src "python src/<path-to-prediction-program> dev-v2.0.json predictions.json" -n run-predictions)

ImportError: libcublas.so.9.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory


I was able to run  
python src/<path-to-prediction-program> dev-v2.0.json predictions.json 

command from my own laptop.
