Bom dia Marcelo,
Você percebe que 40 minutos antes você está recebendo alertas de I/O que a priori podem ser derivados de alguma carga, mas podem também significar uma dificuldade de retorno do seu disco/storage. Você já olhou o log do storage? Tem auto-tiering ocorrendo? Se você tiver uma falha nas controladoras (HBA) ou nas SPs do storage isso acarretaria numa indisponibilidade de serviço, até que o storage seja resetado (que é automático), explicando porque o seu ambiente volta a funcionar durante o dia. Dê uma olhada nisso.
