I was looking for something like Zql in Python when I found sqlparse.

I understand that a high-level API is wanted but not yet done.
I would be more than happy to help, but I'm really lost on the amount, variety and relationships of DataTypes.
Is there a class diagram listing what are the associations and hierarchy? Is there a plan or requisites that you have thought about for such high-level API?
