Repository moved to github

Hey list,

a few hours ago I've moved the sqlparse repository to github. The
reason behind this is that Github makes it much easier for
contributors to fork and submit their changes back to upstream. The
issue tracker with all issues was moved too.

To keep download links stable released versions will remain available
through the Google Code page too.
