Towards SQLLine release 1.9.0

Hello everyone

I think we should aim to release 1.9.0. What do you think?

SQLLine release 1.8.0 was 2.5 months ago; there are several commits regarding user interaction since then
(including line numbers support [323], long query editing which take more than a screen [317],  improvements for autocompletion [315]), several bug fixes and 4 pull requests
look ready to go [333] [334] [338] [339].

There a few open issues if people would like to work on them:
