I think we should aim to release 1.8.0 early next week. What do you think?

SQLLine release 1.7.0 was 9 weeks ago; we have 4 commits since then
(including the important Control-C issue [292]), and 3 pull requests
look ready to go [296] [297] [299].

Calcite is likely to freeze for 1.20 in a week, and it would be nice
to get 1.8.0 into that.

There a few open issues if people would like to work on them:
https://github.com/julianhyde/sqlline/issues

If someone adds a test-case for [294], it could go in. (The test case
must reproduce the original problem.)

I’d like to include fix for https://github.com/julianhyde/sqlline/issues/288
I’ll work on this shortly.

Kind regards,
Arina

Now that I've committed
https://github.com/julianhyde/sqlline/commit/b8ace8464e61db08740a28217b028d2852602f17
I think we have everything. I'll wait for the dust to settle, write
some release notes, and make a RC in a day or two.

(I wish we could commit the closed ResultSet issue [1][2] but there's
no test case, so we don't really know what caused the problem.)

Thank you for merging
It seems there is one more major issue (currently Calcite related and may be some other db with hierarchy for DatabaseMetadata instead of one class implementing this interface).
I was able to add a test for it and fix

Many thanks Sergey. I’m reviewing & testing now. Should commit shortly.
