Can one download the documentation (HTML)?

Is it possible to download the sqledit/sqlkit HTML documentation? It
would be handy to have it locally and it would make it easier to
search. The 'Quick Search' on the web site doesn't work, it just
searches for ever. If I had a local copy then I could just grep
through it all for something.
... while I'm about it, I'm *sure* there's something about
automatically inserting values for a Primary Key when adding rows to a
table - but I can't find it.
