Boundle for Linux

Hi,

since installing sqlkit/sqledit requires to satisfy a number of
dependencies that are not always simple, I provide a boundle to test the
command sqledit and the demo.

The only thing that you cannot do with the boundle is using the sqlkit
package to write other programs.

For the moment I only provide the boundle for Linux, next week I will
also provide it for Windows.

As usual I'd like to know of any possibe problems running the boundle. I
produced it on an Ubuntu 8.04 and tested it on Ubuntu 8.10 and 9.04.
