surely, I have nothing to do with them. I don't think they're using sqlkit
as I never heard anything from them.

It's a pity that there are/have been so many different implementations
of database applications/frameworks in Python and so little re-use and
coordination of efforts. Almost every project seems to be a "one-man
show". The only project that has a larger developer base is OpenObject
(the framework of OpenERP), but that one is so fundamentally un-pythonic
that I wouldn't even consider using it. And thanks to this nature of
being "one man shows", quite a few projects have already died (Knoda,
Rekall, Pythoncard, Boa Constructor, Gemello, GNUenterprise...).
