Managing the Oracle DBA Support Project providing 24*7 Support to the client environments comprising basic day-to-day Oracle administration. activities, Performance Tuning, backup and recovery,
Dataguard.

Response and Resolution SLA Management.
·
Planning, designing, coordinating and implementing Oracle
·
Migrations/Upgrades from 9i/10g to 11gR2.
·
Backup and Restore policy planning and implementation.
·
Problem management, Change Management, Incident Management, RCA. Knowledge in ITIL.
·
Weekly status report to client and Metrics management. Excellent communication skills and client facing experience.
·
Strong in Oracle SQL Performance Tuning.
·
Able to understand Physical and Logical Data model, understand AWR (database stats) etc.
·
S/He should be able to read thru the AWR and figure out the hot spots in the database.
·
The person will also be responsible for going through the code base and figure out the underperforming SQL and modify the same.
·
Good understanding and strong experience in Oracle PLSQL and exposure to Unix environment
