Upon the urging of another Debian Developer, I've uploaded my Debian package
for sqlcipher to the official repository of Debian. Once accepted there, it
will automatically trickle into Ubuntu, Mint, Knoppix, etc.

You can follow its progress thru the Debian NEW Queue here:
