FYI here is my request to sqlite.org to fix its distclean target to
remove the generated config.h file. I would like to see this in the
sqlcipher project.

Dear sir,

I hope I am sending this to the right e-mail address. I would like to
ask your organization to consider fixing the distclean target (in
Makefile.in) to remove config.h (which is generated by the configure
script).

Note that I do not have a contributor agreement on file yet, planning
to send one soon.
