Dear 123,

This email has reference to the Euro 123 meet in Vamdrup, Denmark from 4th to 6th of September. Details of which are available on:  http://rt123.dk/euro2015/

The registration charges for the same are:

Euromeeting per person (friday-sunday) Euro 150/- The Harvest Festival per person (saturday night only) Euro 70/-

Vamdrup is a picturesque countryside in Denmark a 2 hour ride from Copenhagen. 

If we are able to connect with these 123ers across the world, we can pitch for World 123 in Chennai for 2016-17 or 2017-18. This networking shall bring about fellowship with like-minded Tablers across the world and also help us raise funds for community services activities and projects.  

Request Tablers, Sq. Legs, Circlers who are interested to let us know so that we can complete the registration formalities at the earliest. 

The tentative itenerary for the trip is:

25th/26th - Chennai - Helsinki - Talinn - Riga - Vilnius - Vamdrup - Malmo/Copenhagen - Chennai

(or)

Chennai-Barcelona-Madrid-Lisbon-Copenhagen-Vamdrup

Approx cost of the trip shall be around Rs.1.8 lakhs per person (including flight, registration charges, inland travel in Europe, etc)

The last date for the registration is actually over in Denmark, but I have managed to connect with the Denmark RT 123 Chairman Brian Julius to extend the date by a few days. 

I therefore request who are all interested to let us know at the earliest (by 11th July 2015).
