Is there any way to visualise my query and see a map/ERD in SQL Workbench/J ?
Alternatively; are there other tools where I can load my query just to view how the joins are behaving? I can read it, but there's just a lot! So a visual would help.

Should have added that I'm connected to Redshift.

No.
There is neither the possibility to create an ERD nor to visualize a SQL statement.
There are also no plans to add features like that.
