Can't append a record to SQL Server table because of OLE field

Hello;
I am trying to solve a problem. We used to be able to append to this
table that contains an OLE datatype. We can't anymore. We use MSAccess
2003 to process the append. I do not have any more info except that
we use ODBC. Should we be using a different driver?

Any ideas would be appreciated.
