I use SSH and port forwarding to login to remote MySQL servers. Is
there anyway to set the MySQL port in SQLBuddy?

Hey Xeoncross,
When logging in, separate the host with a colon to specify a port.
Example:
Host
localhost:3306
This will connect on that port.
