Proposal: move to GitHub, allow contributions

Hi,

I like SQLBuddy and would love for it to overtake phpMyAdmin as a default database administration tool.

However, why not allow others to make it even better? If you could move the project to GitHub and monitor pull requests, anyone could contribute to the project.

I for one would like to slightly improve the UI.
