On March 14th, 2011, the SQL Anywhere Web Development group was
deprecated and placed in read-only mode. New topics and questions
should be posted at the SQL Anywhere Q&A forum available at
http://sqlanywhere-forum.sybase.com. The move to the SQL Anywhere
forum will allow more members to be involved, and ultimately lead to
more questions being answered quickly and completely. This SQL
Anywhere Web Development group will continue to exist in a read-only
mode for your reference.

I would like to thank everyone who helped contribute both questions
