SQL Anywhere 12 Web Edition service not starting

Hi all.
I just installed SQL Anywhere 12 Web Edition in Wndows Server 2003 R2
64 bit. I can connect to a local database with no problem. I set up a
Personal Server service (tried with Network Server too), but when I
try to start it, i just hangs in there. Windows event viewer shows an
error, but it just says SQL Anywhere 12.
I have checked that both bin32 and bin64 are in the system path. Any
ideas of what to try or look for?
