tables migration from access DB to SQL anywhere DB

I was able to migrate the tables from mdb file to the db file using migration utility of SQL Central, but it did not mograte the relationships between the tables. Selecting "migrate foreign keys" option causes the migration to fail.
I can i recreate the relationships in the corresponding db file ?
