Drop Older Perls?

Hello Sqitchers,

I spent several hours today fixing up the test to pass on Perls prior to 5.24. Certain modules used to install other modules dropped support for earlier versions, so I had to add workflow steps to install older versions. Bit of a PITA really.

So I’m thinking of dropping some of the old versions, just to minimize this sort of pain. Currently Sqitch runs on Perl 5.12 or later. Perl 5.12 came out in 2010! What would you think if Sqitch required Perl 5.18 (released in 2013)?

Let me know one way or the other. If no one strenuously objects, I’ll likely make the change in a few weeks. Or perhaps after the next release.
