Multiple Sqitch projects on same database

Wondering if we can create multiple Sqitch projects on the same database, and how to handle them separately.

The use case we have, is that we have different teams working on different projects/features and we would them to be independent and not to worry about the one Sqitch.plan file since each can have their own plan.

Can someone guide me on the best practice for such use case if it is possible, and how Sqitch would handle that.
