sqitch windows Error

I am trying to run sqitch using windows . Getting below error 

[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified (SQL-IM002)

( Note : Configured and installed all required details and did set dsn to )

can some one please help .
