Qualification Criteria Begins 15 January 2011 No application required. Here’s what you need to achieve to claim your prize: Prize *Total GBV (Minimum 30% from the smaller organisation) Total PBV 3D/2N stay in Sri Lanka plus return tickets from Chennai ~ 3D/2N hotel stay in Sri Lanka ~ Guided tour to national attractions such as Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage, Kandy Temple and the Royal Botanical Garden. Transportation included ~ Round-trip tickets from Chennai - Colombo - Chennai 3,200 (40 Group Sales) 160 (2 Personal Sales) Incentive Period The incentive period will run between 15 Jan 2011 and 15 March 2011 regardless of application date. All SkyQuestCom India IDs are eligible for this incentive. No application is required. Each cheque payable name that successfully achieves the winning criteria is entitled to claim only 1 prize. The highest achievable prize will be chosen. Only BVs that have matured (passed the "cooling-off period") and are accumulated between the incentive period will be counted towards our tabulation of your results. Total BVs include renewals of subscriptions. However, if the expiry date doesn't fall on the incentive period, it is not counted as a sale even if it is renewed during the incentive period. The final results will be tabulated on 15 April 2011 to factor in the cooling-off period of the accumulated BVs. Rules and Regulations:- 1. All SkyQuestCom India Distributors are eligible for this incentive. No application is required. 2. Business centers will be tabulated individually to determine their qualification. If you own more than 1 business center with the same cheque payable name, your group BV and PBV will not be combined. 3. Total BVs include renewals of subscriptions. However, if the expiry date doesn't fall on the incentive period, it is not counted as a sale even if it's renewed during the incentive period. 4. Each cheque payable name that achieves the qualification criteria is entitled to claim only 1 prize. The highest achievable prize will be chosen. 5. All prizes offered in this incentive are subject to availability. The company reserves the right to substitute the prizes with other products if the product category is not available. 6. All prizes are not exchangeable for cash. 7. All incentives must be claimed within 3 months. Prizes unclaimed after 3 months will be considered collected. 8. SkyQuestCom will not be held liable in any way for any damages or injuries caused by or as a result of coming into physical contact with the prizes. 9. Decisions made are final and are not open for recourse. 10. SkyQuestCom reserves the right to change the terms and conditions stated herein.
