installation problem

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to install Spyking Circus according to the installation instructions for windows 10.

However, at step 8 

(circus) >> conda install -c conda-forge -c intel -c spyking-circus spyking-circus

I got an error message (please find attached also in detail):

ERROR conda.core.link:_execute(699): An error occurred while installing package 'conda-forge::qt-5.12.9-h5909a2a_4'.

If I perform step 9 with pip install

(circus) >> pip install spyking-circus

then the installation succeeds, however when I try to run spyking circus

(circus) >> spyking-circus path/mydata.extension

nothing happens. (I have a .dat, a .params and a .prb file with the same name in the same folder.)

I reinstalled Anaconda-3 several times, didn't help.

I would appreciate any help to be able to run SC. 

(I also attached my conda info params.)

Hi

Can you start again, in a fresh new conda env, and remove the -c intel flag everywhere, in all the commands?

I guess this might be the problem, so I'll update the docs accordingly
