Strange voltage pulses after filtering MaxOne h5 file

Hi Pierre, 

Thank you for your algorithm. I am doing spike sorting on the MaxOne h5 dataset. I found the data shows a large and periodical pulse after the filtering stage (see the attached figure). The period of the pulse matches the data chunk size. Do you have any idea why this happens? I also attached the .params, probe file, and the log after running filtering. The raw data plot that showed in the attached figure is from another large dataset. I uploaded another smaller one just in case you need it.
