Ignoring other channels during sorting

Hi everyone!

First, thanks for a super convenient sorting algorithm!

I'm using Spyking Circus on my recordings but there is an issue I can't seem to overcome: I'm using a 32-electrode bundle in which I can't tell the location of each single electrode (relative to the others), so I would like the algorithm to analyze each channel independently.
I've tried to provide a probe file where each electrode is located at a large distance from each other compared to the radius (e.g. a distance of 500 microns and a radius of 10) but still, I get clusters that take into account more than 1 channel. I get isolated channels but very few.

Are there additional parameters besides the radius I need to change to get more isolated channels?

Many thanks for any help,
Ron
