Problem with directories permission access

Hi
I don't know why but on MacOs 10.15.2, I always receive a message where I have to accept that spyder will access my downloaded document and desktop. 
The strange think is that under : file/confidentiality I already gave the right to anaconda-navigator to access desktop/downloaded...
