Hi Pavlo,

I would advise to ignore the .spyderproject in your version control software.
That's what we do with Spyder's repository:

Hi all,

I am not quite sure what exactly information is stored in the .spyderproject file. Until now, I included this file in version control of my personal projects (when working on several computers), although I am not sure what benefits it gives. As I see, in Spyder 2.2 the format of this file was switched to binary, making it less version-control-friendly. 

What would you suggest - is this file worth versioning?
