How do I get rid of this "Usage" window in my help panel? See attachment

Click on the place indicated by the arrow in the picture. and then click "close". help panel must be selected.

Thanks, but then I don't have the help panel. But I got the information that the "usage" window cannot be removed and it is not necessary to keep the help panel visible. It pops up when necessary.
