Spyder fonts on Tabs and on edges of IDE way too large

Hi

I viewed my desktop using remote access on my mobile and got messages about resetting screen resolution.

Now when I open Spyder the fonts on tabs and around the edges of windows is ridiculaosly large.  When I tried to reset under preferences > appearance, the onts there were also similarly large and changing the font size there made no difference.

After searching, I think this may be due to a screen resolution issue but I cannot find in preferences where this gets changed.

The Spyder IDE is now horrendous to use.

How can I get these fonts back to normal size please?
