Hey guys, i work with a big list with spyder for python
There are more than 500 elements in it.

i saved earlier but spyder crashed and i lost the 40 last percent of my work ( the end of the list )
If i import the list from my save, i can only recall the 60 first percents but not the end of it. Are there solutions plzz ??
