Accessing previous input in console using up arrow key in Spyder 4

In spyder 3, after I executed a file, any inputs that gave previously in ipython console could be recalled using up arrow key. But in Spyder 4, the up arrow key does not fetch previous input. It only fetches the instructions that I directly executed in console. Any settings to access previous input?

Preferences > Editor > Run Code > Copy full cell continents   Then restart the kernel. This will give you the same behavior as spyder 3.
