when will anaconda packages work?

Hi,

I am trying to update to latest 4.2.0 release, but anaconda doesn't seem to find the packages yet.

when could that work ?

Hi,

just checking, but it still doesn't work for me to upgrade my anaconda installation to spyder 4.2.0 ?
I just get the following on the conda command line:


(base) C:\WINDOWS\system32>conda install spyder=4.2.0

You might want to use the conda-forge channel as documented here:

https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/spyder

conda install -c conda-forge spyder=4.2.0

Sorry but they haven't replied my messages. Usually they are faster updating new versions, so I don't know what happens in this case.
