Tesseract not working in the spyder environment

i am unable to use the tesseract in spyder. i have installed the tesseract and setted the path too. when i am specified the directory of the tesseract engine location. The following error is poping up.

please help me. i have asked this question in many forms but no answer.

you are my only last hope. please help me out
