Everything looks huge on my ui

Hello, on startup, syder asked me to relaunch to fit new scale option or something like this while I didn't ask him anything. And then everything on my UI became big. I searched on the settings and tries to restart everything but it didn't work. What can I do ?

Not totally sure what version of Spyder are you using (maybe Spyder 5.5.x?) I think this could be related with the scaling percentage configured for your monitor. Also, over the Spyder GitHub issue tracker there are a couple of issues that could be worthy to check related with the application scaling like  QT Autoscaling messes with Spyder · Issue #14839 · spyder-ide/spyder , Larger size on larger resolution screen · Issue #21114 · spyder-ide/spyder and DPI Settings not detected when scaling changes · Issue #6250 · spyder-ide/spyder Another thing to check is the config for the screen resolution at: 

* Spyder 5: Preferences > General > Interface

* Spyder 6: Preferences > Application > Interface
