How to open Command Prompt in Spyder 3.2.3?

The 'Open Command Prompt' is removed from 'Tools' in the Spyder 3.2.3. How do I find it? How do I install/update new packages without it?

Previously I could have done either of the following in the "Command Prompt" GUI in Spyder. But now that the functionality is removed, I don't know how to install the Spyder terminal. Looking back I shouldn't have upgraded Spyder to the most recent version. Damn.

Using pip:

pip install spyder-terminal

Using conda:

conda install spyder-terminal -c spyder-ide

Please open a system terminal (cmd.exe) and run the second of those commands, since you're using conda/Anaconda.

After installing the spyder-terminal package, Spyder does not launch anymore (it does not connect to the kernel and Spyder freezes).
Any idea how to fix this?
