replacing spyder in winpython with spyder version 4.

Luckily, the spyder version 4 (master) includes codefolding which I miss alot. How do I replace the spyder 3.x with spyder 4 ?
I have already downloaded spyder4 from git and did a build. but spyder is not replaced with the new one. I use windows and linux.
